Reviewers will be selected according to their expertise, research background, and absence of conflicts of interest.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"info-block\">\n      <h4>Evaluation Criteria<\/h4>\n      <p style=\"color: var(--text-muted); margin-bottom: 15px;\">Each paper will be evaluated according to the following criteria:<\/p>\n      <ul class=\"custom-list\">\n        <li>Originality and novelty of the contribution;<\/li>\n        <li>Relevance to the conference topics;<\/li>\n        <li>Technical soundness and methodological rigor;<\/li>\n        <li>Clarity of problem formulation and objectives;<\/li>\n        <li>Quality of experiments, results, and discussion;<\/li>\n        <li>Comparison with recent and relevant literature;<\/li>\n        <li>Clarity of writing, organization, and presentation;<\/li>\n        <li>Significance of the contribution for research and\/or practice.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <div class=\"info-block\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0;\">\n      <h4>Decisions &amp; Final Steps<\/h4>\n      <p>Reviewers will provide detailed comments, constructive feedback, and a clear recommendation: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject. In case of contradictory reviews, the paper will be examined by a Program Chair or a senior committee member, and an additional review may be requested.<\/p>\n      \n      <p style=\"margin-top: 15px;\">Final acceptance decisions will be made by the Program Chairs based on reviewer reports, technical quality, originality, relevance, and the overall balance of the conference program. Authors of accepted papers may be required to revise their manuscripts according to reviewers\u2019 comments before final submission.<\/p>\n      \n      <p style=\"margin-top: 15px;\">All accepted papers must be presented during the conference by at least one registered author. Papers that are not presented may be excluded from the final proceedings.
