⚠️ Important Information & Policies
- PhD Student Status: PhD students must provide a valid student ID card or an official letter from their university during the registration process.
- Additional Papers: Each regular registration covers the publication of ONE paper. An additional fee applies for a second paper by the same author.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made before October 15, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and bank wire transfers. Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant.
